The Commission Housing the House of Representatives today approved a proposition of law, with the only vote against the socialist group, which urges the Government to dissolve and liquidate the Public Rental ( SPA), subsidiary of Ministry of Housing.
The proposal, promoted by the PP , the Government claims that funds were SPA devolve to regional governments, since they are the powers vested in the housing.
During the debate, Housing spokesman PP, Paul Matos, described as disastrous the results obtained by the SPA , which since its creation in 2005 has signed about 10,000 leases, and regretted that the 20 million who are endowed with social capital have been "trashed."
